Since becoming a licensed Realtor in early 2016, Monica obtained licensing, training, and selling experience in three states – PA, VA, and WV!

As an Army spouse for the last 15 years (and mother of three children), Monica has extensive personal experience in relocating, and she knows the importance of finding the right housing fit for your family in a new town. Her special skills in real estate include home staging, design, and remodeling. She and her husband own and manage both long-term and short-term vacation rentals, and she loves to talk shop!
